Course Description
This Home Health Aide (HHA) virtual training program equips you with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care in home settings.
This training prepares you to assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their health, and provide emotional and physical support in the comfort of their homes. - Assisting with Bathing, Grooming, and Personal Hygiene
- Oral Care, Including Denture Care
- Dressing and Undressing Patients
- AfroHealth - Basic Nursing Skills Study Material
- Fall Prevention and Patient Safety
- Proper Use of Restraints
- Fire Safety and Evacuation Procedures
- Responding to Medical Emergencies (e.g., Choking, CPR, and AED Training)
- Infection Prevention and Control Procedures (Standard Precautions and Transmission-Based Precautions)
- Managing Environmental Hazards
